In 2009, after looking for a group in the Fairfax City area for sewers/knitters/quilters, etc. and not finding one quite close enough, I figured why not start one? Our group is for people looking to stitch with a group to complete all those projects we've started and not completed, and to gain inspiration from others on new projects. Our group is very diverse in experience level, age, and craft. I think that has led to the most fun! No two meet ups are ever the same.

KatEli Studio is a fun and friendly home based place where you will learn the basics of glass cutting, creative two-dimensional design and fusing (combining colors).Our class is a great way to enter the world of glass art. There's no experience necessary... we'll show you how! We supply the materials, tools and instruction, and you bring your creativity and an open mind! Create your own design using cut glass!
