An informal group for local crafters who would like to meet up once a month, bring whatever they are currently working on and craft at French General.

A walking tour of the Venice Art Crawl every third Thursday in Venice. Each month starting in a different place on the art walk. Crafty Chicks With Sticks is an easy-going, social group of ladies in their 30-40s who enjoy making crafts while having a good time and making new friends. Though our focus is crocheting or knitting, we welcome all styles of crafting, beading, stamping, needlepoint, etc. - if you can take it and make it, we'd love for you to join us.

I am starting this group because I love to scrapbook and make cards while sitting and chatting with others. I haven't been able to find a scrapbooking group specifically for the LGBT community and their friends, so I'm creating my own. I have been scrapbooking for about 3 years now, and still have a ton of my daughter's childhood pictures to do. I just became a Stampin! Up demonstrator and now spend my cropping time making cards. This group is for artists that use machine tools as part of their art.
